luasec.dev sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. That is why there is no cookie banner.
The owner panel
The owner panel at ops.luasec.dev uses one cookie, and only after you log in:

This cookie is strictly necessary for the panel to work, so it does not need your consent (Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG). The panel cannot be used without it.
The panel also stores a list called luasec-art-bag in your browser's local storage. It only records which background artwork you have already seen, so the panel shows a different one next time. It contains no personal data and is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data for ops.luasec.dev in your browser.
Payment pages
When you buy a plan you are sent to Stripe or SellAuth. Those pages set their own cookies, for example to prevent fraud. Their cookie and privacy policies apply there.
The loader
The loader that runs protected scripts does not use browser cookies. How it recognises a buyer's device is explained in section 4 of the privacy policy.
